ABOUT ANNA RAJENDRAN
I'm a trauma-informed online Yoga Instructor with training in Restorative, Yoga Nidra, and Vinyasa. I've been practicing yoga my whole life, and I'm happy to share my practice with you. I believe that yoga and breath nourish our bodies, minds, and spirits. I look forward to seeing you at my next class!
